Trading Fees Explained

Buy Trading Fees:

4.0% - LP 5.0% - QIF 2.5% - Treasury 2.5% - Flame Pot

Sell Trading Fees:

4.0% - LP 5.0% - QIF 4.5% - Treasury 2.5% - Flame Pot

Placement:

  • LP - Trading fees goes to backing the liquidity of the BNB/QUANT pair on PancakeSwap ensuring an ever-increasing collateral value of $QUANT.

  • QIF - Trading fees are stored in the Quanterra Insurance Fund which helps sustain and back the staking rewards provided by the positive rebase.

  • Treasury - Trading fees go directly to the treasury which supports the QIF and provides a marketing budget for Quanterra and funds new product development.

  • Flame Pot - 2.5% of all $QUANT traded are burnt in the Flame Pot. The more that is traded, the more get put into the fire causing the fire pit to grow in size, larger and larger through self fulfilling auto-compounding which in return acts to reduce the circulating supply of $QUANT and keeping the Quanterra protocol stable.
